    The challengesNo benefit. No OT for manager level but you have to work extra hours for free. You have to sacrifice your only one day off when there is no staff working. You have to take your own stocks for your outlet. Nobody will help you not even your Area Manager as everyone only mind their own business. They don't care about you if you have to work alone because there is no staff for the whole day. Just forget about your break time and you will starving for the whole day. They don't care if you have to work everyday without rest. All they know is just put all the problems and keeps blaming you instead of supporting you to be better. This company is everyone nightmare.

    It was a great learning process
    The good thingsAble to work in team and the managers guided us well. The environment is fresh and not toxic, it taught me a lot on problem solving, in assisting the customers and on handling stocks (forecasting, planning)
    The challengesThe challenges were always in dealing with the customers on a daily basis, to work with insufficient work force due to last minute emergencies. To compensate unhappy customers or orders but all in all, everything is manageable
