It's good that your birthday being celebrated and they include you on an activity, making you feel appreciated and don't feel left alone. You learn something everyday like communicating with colleague, taking care of the environment and teamwork.
The good thingsFriendly Staffs, Learning Environment, Can Follow Some of the Tours / Trips
The challengesThe task given is unclear and always change - I can accept the unclear one since you can ask them back but I hope they can make up their mind so it's easier for everyone. They want the task to be done ASAP but once the task done, it took a very long time to finally get a feedback. Unprofessional staffs - I know some of us may have their bad days/moment but please don't make your colleagues your punching bag.

Learning environment, good to gain some experiences, but it is bad for some toxic staffs.
The good thingsGood benefits, as office staff, there are 20 days public holidays per year. Many activities and some friendly staffs.
The challengesSometimes, you're expected to be a prophet by your colleagues or management, anticipating information you've never been told, and then they might claim that you're the one who forgot. Maybe after successfully predicting the future, you could consider resigning and earning from lottery.

Many perks for being employee over here
The good thingsGood working culture. There are many opportunities for employee bonding.
The challengesNot much freedom in terms of work scope. It is a typical office job with nowhere to move around. The management does not appreciate if you try to exercise more creativity in your work.

Foundation for excellent character and work attitude
The good thingsThe company emphasizes on attitude above working skills which can be acquired with on-the-job training. Great attitude is what helps one overcome challenges in any situation. Excellent attitude pays here. The in-house personal development training shapes the cultures and expectations. Nothing less but excellence will be your goal here.
The challengesThe only thing that is constant here is change. Be prepared to fail forward and work the extra mile for your own good. This is not a place for those who hate to read personal development/skill-related books.

    Learning experience of a lifetime.
The good thingsA company that provides a steep learning curve which has enabled me to gain an experience of a lifetime. I have grown from strength to strength as a result. The team spirit is incredible among the staff. We worked hard and play harder. There is no challenge too difficult to surmount. The best thing is, we get to travel to other countries when doing our work. Overall, the experience has been invalueable.
The challengesThe greatest challenge for me is the interference from the middle management of our daily job tasks. Although I reported directly to my superior, some lower ranking assistant management tend to meddle in my job, resulting a challenge I cannot settle to the day I left the company. Beside this, one has to prepare to answer calls in the middle of the night and even during holidays. Satisfying tourists expectation is another challenge which we handled with ease.

    Thumbs up to Management
The good thingsThe Employer will you free training (personal development) which is very useful for me nowadays. They have friendly staff and you will not feel lonely even if you re new staff. They have a strong SOP and you will not get loss when you are doing your work.
The challengesThe management is high expectation on you and they want you to be a leader even it's not your 'gift'. They will rate your salary based on your leadership character. The employer want you to follow every of their SOP without fail.
