Learning experience of a lifetime.The good thingsA company that provides a steep learning curve which has enabled me to gain an experience of a lifetime. I have grown from strength to strength as a result. The team spirit is incredible among the staff. We worked hard and play harder. There is no challenge too difficult to surmount. The best thing is, we get to travel to other countries when doing our work. Overall, the experience has been invalueable.
The challengesThe greatest challenge for me is the interference from the middle management of our daily job tasks. Although I reported directly to my superior, some lower ranking assistant management tend to meddle in my job, resulting a challenge I cannot settle to the day I left the company. Beside this, one has to prepare to answer calls in the middle of the night and even during holidays. Satisfying tourists expectation is another challenge which we handled with ease.
