    Challenging
    The good thingsWorking with multi- culture and multi- national employees provides me a new experience. Construction industry is one of the most challenging as the project progress have to be completed within time and cost allocated by the project owner. However, it teaches us to maximize our ability beyond to he point that we actually can do it! It was a challenge to myself individually which finally trained me to be more proactive and progressive.
    The challengesMost common challenges will be the multi level management which the tendency of communication gap among employees. However, it can still improves with a lot of staff involvement in any internal casual social event such as annual dinner, team building, and so on. I found out that these kind of event help to strengthen the relationship among multi level management as a team.

    The good thingsThe working atmosphere modern and green, network scale is big, colleagues and leaders are very friendly, gathering activities are frequent and joyful.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge is to keep honest with work. There is always an offer to do easy work in dishonest way.

    Most Probably the Best Construction Company in Sabah.
    The good thingsUplifting Sabah professionalism working standard. Working Day is Monday - Friday. Staff provided with Training to get use to Construction environment. Staff benefit is very satisfactory beyond Sabah standard. Junior/Fresh Graduate Friendly. Grooming SL1M participant. Quality of Work is well monitored. Professional Top Management. High Standard office accommodation & equipment. Good Interdepartment communication Active Sport & Recreational Club. A lot of CSR activities. Main Office is located in Riverson (Near to City Centre) A lot of Parking space.
    The challengesParking Fee at Riverson is considerably High (RM21 per day) although alternative Parking is available. (KK Times Square, Imago) Dealing with alot of Contractor with High Profile Background. Educating Sabahan Contractor to adhere to Professional Working Policy, Procedure & High Working Ethic Standard. Site Allowance & Site Vehicle benefit can be better.
