    The good things1) Great environment. 2) Easy going colleague. 3) Straight forward job given. 4) Easy / well managed job scope given. 5) Urban area with easy access to town. 6) Near with food court, fast food, petrol and bus station. 7) Easy access to LKSA, Federal Highway and near with Hospital Besar Seksyen 7. 8) Received latest info from main HQ, Toyota Tsusho at Japan every month regarding company policy and safety.
    The challenges1) Listen to others opinion before doing any necessary decisions. 2) Focus on one main point and distribute equally to another task. 3) Tightening company policy's and rules to avoid unnecessary loss. 4) Hierarchy in organization chart, workers must be follow and obey. 5) Do not focus on one staff to complete one job. 6) Willing to learn another job scope before being told to do so.

    The good things1. Flexible working time but need strong self-disipline to monitor own sales. 2. Enjoy learning new business idea from different customers. 3. Income is based on personal sales performance.
    The challenges1. Handle fussy customer. 2. Collect payment in due date. 3. Company do not have a clear direction and vision for the team to work through. Lack of standard work procedure for sales team and no proper guideline or training for new join employee.
