    The good things- Exposure to many challenges in managing different project/services requirement. - Flexible Working hours - Opportunity to travel to other place and meeting different people from different background. - Structured training program
    The challenges- Require to learn in fast mode within short period of time since most of the project/services are in high demand to be completed within delivery schedule.
