    Repair Machine CNC System and MCI, projector, computer and build a safety conveyor.
    The good thingsA relationship, more experience, under pressure, working overtime, give more training with a senior department, learn something new to build and get a good idea. Communicate with other departments technician to do safety place for company or factory.
    The challengesTo build a more conveyer and to screening the idea but it was challenging for me. The salary was not suitable for my job as a technician because of I am a new employee. Besides, it's difficult for me to control other departments and my department which is I am doing another department job because of not many technicians.

    The good thingsA privately held company - Bose definitely has a different culture from publicly traded companies. The staff are very professional. Working environment is less stressful and relax.

    The good thingsThis is a work life balance company with great freedom. As long as you get the work done, you may do anything you like. Lots of learning opportunity to know the work of other department. There is no stop to step into other department's business. Great place to share your idea and the leadership appreciate your idea and work. Most of all, friendly bosses.
    The challengesNo much of procedure. Most of the time, no one know who should take up the responsibility. The system in the company is premature and lots of time having difficulty to use. The company is still very young and lots of things need to refer back to corporate. Benefit is not attractive. No allowance or what so ever subsidy. Only depending on basic salary.
