    Challenging Experience
    The good thingsIs a good try for those challenge taker.
    The challengesSuperior not considerate, and like to blame others when there are having issue. Company treat employee as a robots, employee do not have the authority to rest for 1 hours in the lunch hours, need straight away start work after having meal. High workload but no OT claim if you work overtime.

    The challengesNeed to be working very smart and able to work with high level of stress. Work life unbalance. Need to be prepared email or WhatsApp message will keep on coming in even though after working hours, weekend and public holiday.

    The challengesUnhelpful superior and colleague. Overload work tasks. Unable work life balance. No OT claim. Can not rest for 1 hours during lunch hours (PS. : lunch hours is 1 hour) need direct start work after having meals. Can not have a rest after having meal during lunch hours.

    The challengesEverything urgent, superior just throw task to you without teach and guide you well. Unable work life balance. Email keep on coming in even though after working hours, weekend, and public holiday. Even though lunch hour is 1 hours, you need to direct start work after finish your meal

    Good Management and Supervisor
    The good thingsGood management system and great supervisor in each department. Each of the department had a well organised system. QC department have both great supervisor who are willing to teach both interns or new staff who are enter in this company. Furthermore it provide great list of benefits and training to new staff.
