    The good thingsi) Good company giving above average salary package and fair benefits ii) Employee safety and welfare are being well taken care
    The challengesi) Organisation that set strong demand for result/ outcome and fast-paced of working environment ii) In Penang Analytical Lab, laboratory management sets a lot of unrealistic expectations which lead to burnout and high turnover rate iii) No clear promotion policy and promotion is solely based on visibility, rather than a merit-based system and lead to a lot of hard work is being unnoticed iv) Limited learning opportunities to learn about field of analytical which potentially leads to skills stagnant

    One of best company i worked and one of the worst management department and team i have worked with. If you get good manager then youre lucky but if u get a worst manager better find another job soon. i Had a very bad experience with one of the manager there.

    Great workplace environment
    The good thingsPeople are very open and friendly, plus they are always open to discussions and knowledge sharing. There is flexibility in the workplace and things move very fast there.
    The challengesAs things move very fast, there is a lot of work and knowledge that needs to be picked up on. The challenge is high but if you are someone who strives under the challenge, then you will like it here.

    Good work environment
    The good thingsBoston provide very good work environment, communication are been done well, no bad language are allow in production. Operator are been treat same level as executive. Balance work/life, employee are only allow to work max 12 hour per day. Shift running 8 hour per day make the worker have more time at home. Event are frequently been conduct, giving a lot of goodie and other present to worker.
    The challengesPoor opportunities for carrier development due to a lot of competitor and they prioritize the education certificate more than experience and work performance. They rather promote operator that have a degree than promoted experience technical with diploma for engineer position. This practice make most of the engineer/manager have a poor performance and not qualify enough to support production, aside, they more interested to pleaser their boss to gain more promotion. Boston is good if you aim for conforming work place (thinking to do a same work forever) but if you aim for career development, for me it is not a right place.
