    The good thingsOur employer provides training for staffs to gain knowledge and skills. The Company give bonus and increment every year based on staffs performance. The managers are helpful and offer guidance in order for the staffs to excel in their tasks/assignments given.
    The challengesThe Company should review the staffs Job descriptions. This is to ensure that all staffs have fair assessment during their year end appraisal. The Company should also increase number of staffs in busiest department.
