    The challenges8 am- 6 pm 9 hours working and 1-hour lunch. Sometimes need to come on weekends. Expect you to do overtime.

    The good thingsMy boss work hard and never show the fault of the employee. Good guidance and truly respect the staff. Working in the quality environment was a good exposure to me. Good management and guidance. Top management know how to appreciate their staff.
    The challengesThe staff on the line need training on their safety but the guideline done by the quality was good enough. There was a clear guideline on how to react on issues for example on the quality of the product, but maybe need a clear guideline to the person in charge on the response for emergency.
