    This is a hire and fire company. There is no proper direction setup by the management to align the business directions. Employees are asked to do more task out of their job scope which decreases their productivity.
    The good thingsSubsidiary of a public listed company with ISO and systems in place.
    The challengesHaving to cope with multiple tenders in a role. Weak support from sub contractors and fellow colleagues as everyone is burdened down from multi-tasking. And poor leadership in the company.
