    Not what you would expect from MNC but ok
    The good things13th month bonus, direct exposure to working with foreigners. Able to make mistakes and learn from it
    The challengesQuite a few - No bonus this year, co workers attitude problems, weak management, promotion very hard to get (some ppl work up to 10 years and perform still cannot go up the ladder). Salary increment is small.

    The good thingsBrady manufacture different kind of industrial printers, label materials and thermal interface materials. This helps diversify business risk, not to rely on one product classification or one major customer.
    The challengesEmployees' benefits are below market average, slowly take away many employees' benefit like service year prizes, company annual dinner, festive season celebration etc. Management do not promote or value employees' motivation nor self-esteem.

    The good thingsFlexible working hours, good and friendly working environment, management provides adequate training, good support from other peers from oversea, company organizes activities annually.
    The challengespoor leadership of direct reporting manager, no consistency in decision making from management during the crisis which needs to make own judgement. Poor increment rate, no career advancement because of organization structure, unreasonable timeline and always need to stress on suppliers' delivery.

    The good thingsCompany employee not so many therefore, the management can focus on employee benefit and issues very well. Most of the manager and high management is very understanding and easy to communicate with.
