    depend on manager, if you get manager can communicate, tolerate then you're lucky. if not you just stay and keep patient.

    Oppression to the staff
    The good thingsOnly colleagues are ok.
    The challengesFounder is very profit-oriented. The focus is not about education at all. Workload are too much. Management just keep adding workload and sometimes need to also work during public holiday free of charge. Doesnt care about the staff welfare at all.

    it's was a good and precious experience.
    The good thingsI've met kids everyday. the school is complete with appratus and teaching aids which is good for us to teach. work at there make me become more discipline and punctual. I also learn on how to deal and talk with parents in various way and talk about their child. working there also make me build my self esteem and confidence to talk to other people and adapt to a new environment

    The good thingsThe department I was attached to was cooperative, helpful and resourceful. The management was flexible in their timing. Management had weekly meeting to update the progress of each department.
    The challengesThe company should review its staff salary increment policy. A proper job description is needed to ensure KPI can be achieved.
