    The good thingsAs you are forced to wear many hats, you will get the chance to learn alot of things. This might be distracting if you want to focus on one area or skill.
    The challengesPoor general company management. Understaffed, client oriented. Poor work/life balance. Employee well-being grossly overlooked.
