GreatThe good thingsEarn lots of experience from this company, happy to work in this company. The bosses are good, they will organize a gathering dinner for the staff after the busy month. And we will get our reward when we doing good.
The challengesThe most challenge work is to lead those staff, cause all of them have their own pattern (character), they work very hard, i like their working attitude. Sometimes, i would also \"negotiate\" with the boss for more incentive for them cause i see their efficient. I truly understand that what you expect from them, you reward them, they will work hard for you. :)
