    Worse to the root and no prospect
    The good thingsNothing except you need to work non stop and always get blame due to inefficient top management decision making ie none willing to make decision

    The good thingsCorporate work environment with friendly and helpful colleagues. I must say that the employee's benefits and privileges are on a higher scale.
    The challengesMarketing experience in other malls might not work here as this is a mall with very niche tenants mix and patrons.

    The good thingsOld staff in this company is very helpful and easy to deal with them. Benefits is good or better than other company.
    The challengesLately there is a lot of changes made in the management style and lower ranking staff is being left alone without proper guidance and certain superior is only good in rubbing the bosses and knowledge in work is poor
