    The good thingsHigh individually part in make some decision makes the job complete within short time. Challenging job (do multi job in the same time) makes the worker know a lot.
    The challengesThe co didnt hire spesific job to do spesific workto ensure the jobs done by people who actually hired to do the job The co didnt ensure the salary match the position and the qualification of the worker. The co didnt prepare certificate for spesific job done by the worker i.e. test,analysis etc. Didnt upgrade the worker status (contract to permanent) without any biased influence and on-time.
