    Good for fresh graduate
    The good thingsYou will learn a lot about data center and many thing such chiller, fire fighting system, building monitoring system not just your average daily reading. have a good management that will assist you when you are lost and good colleague that will assist you how thing works there.
    The challengeswhen working night shift you need to be aware because at night, error will occur, but don't worry because your higher up willing to help you when you in lost, just make a call and they will assist you.

    The good thingsPlenty of opportunity to expand work capabilities.
    The challengesHard work never appreciated, young and inexperienced HOD has not given any proper training or mentoring. Bonus and increment is not justified properly.
