    The good thingsOf all the good things that others reviews, I just want to point out that they didn't once mess up my salary payment in my entire work history there. Something that really important for normal worker like me.
    The challengesReally need to find your tribe or your friends in the company, this is about surviving skill which might happen to anybody in any company so it is not like a challenges per say. Is just really need to work harder in this.

    The good thingsThe company offers plenty opportunities through involvement in various projects. They also provide allowances and overtime (OT) for engineers. Efforts are being made to foster a positive working environment through company events and trip.
    The challengesA very fast-paced environment means you will experience a steep learning curve as you need to master multiple solutions, essential for managing numerous projects and operations. Seeking assistance within the company can be quite challenging and is often discouraged due to the limited pool of resources and expertise available. You will often find yourself having to tackle tasks alone while still striving to meet high expectations from both clients and your superiors.

    The good thingsTraining is provided for all employee No politics and good organization culture. OT and allowance are provided. Employee may raise their opinion to the management and management would consider the demand made by the employee. Insurance is provided. Yearly review to all employee for career advancement. Company trip is provided to the employee and partner.
    The challengesEngineer have to standby during weekend. Client may often request for engineer to proceed to site immediately , or request frequent travel to outstation. Company will not be just arranging engineer to one particular product , instead it will arrange to variety of product. You may be alone to face client due to lack of resource in engineering department.
