    Friedly colleagues which make the environment more comfortable
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues.Good team works by the staff. Office set up is comfy.Got staff purchase. Slightly cheaper than outside tyre shop. Benefits is average.Management spent heavy investment in IT.It helped reduce some data key in works for staff. Japanese big boss is friendly boss.Staff always do improvement plan.
    The challengesToo many unwritten and unknow SOP cause difficulty to do the job properly. Lack of communication between management and staff.One of the boss likes to scold staff because human mistake is not acceptable in his operation. Workload is heavy. Not enough manpower to do the work which cause long working hours

    Job of My Life
    The good thingsFirst day, i step in this company let me feel the journey of real working world. The job is challenging as we need to achieve and more for reason why company is hiring you. This job allows me to get to know people outside from many kind of people. at the same time, i founded this job is attracting as i can start fully utilize my mind to solve the real time problem. And the best thing is teamwork
    The challengesable to get into different working experience compare to the pass. facing challenge that use mind to counter the problem. working while enjoying the mean of life...i mean life ain't easy or hard. its how we control it. Every human have different thinking and i need to get understand what they are thinking in order to approach them. But whats make the life hard is, we need learn to stay positive.
