    A Stepping Stone
The good thingsThis was the first company I joined after graduating. Overall, I have to say that this organisation (like the title says) is a good stepping stone company. They'll give you opportunities to travel around the globe for business venture meetings, exhibitions etc in order to further expand your horizon on your job scope. I experienced these only 7 months after joining them which was great.
The challengesI was a marketing communication executive at this company and there were instances that I feel that some of the ideas and brainstorming sessions we had on how to create a proper corporate branding was shot down by the top management most of the time. They asked us to \"go beyond\" but when I \"go beyond\" they couldn't accept it. That is what I think could be improved further.
