    Grateful for 2 years of growth, from intern to employee—my first corporate experience
    The good thingsThe working culture is excellent, with very supportive, patient, and helpful colleagues. The directors are also understanding and approachable. I have learned a great deal from them. The recruitment and payroll services are also top-notch.
    The challengesAs this is my first job, I had many areas of inexperience, but I was able to gradually improve with the guidance and support of my supervisor, colleagues, and directors.

    As an intern, they have provided me a broader knowledge in terms of human resource department
    The good thingsAs an intern, Bright Prospect has given opportunities to learn grow. To better understand working environments and the shift in the job market. I had a better exposure to various Ai tools and had opportunities to learn about interview processes and human behaviour throughout my experience. The employees have never hesitated to answer my questions and have provided learning opportunities that are important as a student to work on my growing career. The consultants have been friendly and enthusiastic to work with which made conversations almost a breeze.
    The challengesAs far as I know, I had no issues upon my internship here at Bright Prospect. I have had some challenges in handling some parts, but that all depends on my own improvement and initiatives to learn.

    This internship gave me the opportunity to strengthen and develop my interpersonal skills.
    The good thingsI really enjoyed the structured learning and the resources provided throughout the internship. They were highly organised and have their environment set up for interns to learn. The team was supportive and always encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone to actively call up candidates and challenge myself. Coming straight out of my A Levels, I also wanted to sharpen my communication skills, and this internship gave me plenty of opportunities to do exactly that through candidate interactions and hands-on tasks. I appreciated the clear guidance, opportunities to ask questions, and the exposure to real-world recruitment operations.
    The challengesThe pace could feel a little fast at times, especially when learning new systems or juggling multiple tasks. However, this ultimately pushed me to adapt quickly and develop stronger organisation and time-management skills.

    The good thingsFor my past four months internship in Bright Prospect, the colleagues and manager are very supportive and always willing to give guidance to me. They are eager to provide new knowledge related to human resources with providing space for independence as well. Also, everyone is professional in recruiting and has their own portfolio.
    The challengesYou may become tired or bored in finding a suitable candidate for a specific position, but feel free to drink a coffee or teh tarik which provided in pantry to get yourself motivated, sure things will get better :D
