    The good thingswork life balance. company appreciate staff
    The challengestop management directly assign job to workers. supposely must have entity to convert from client requirement to technical stuff. must have technical manager or team lead to segregate the works.

    The challengesFrom my experience it was pleasure to work in this company, the challenge I had face wasn't much. You must also know that challenge are makes life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.
