    The good thingsWhat I enjoy most about working in digital marketing is the dynamic nature of the work. I get to explore creative strategies, analyze market trends, and execute campaigns that make a real impact. Collaborating with clients, especially those willing to share valuable market insights.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge is ensuring seamless communication with clients who speak different languages or dialects. For example, I often communicate with a Hong Kong client in Mandarin while they respond in Cantonese. Although it’s manageable, it can sometimes slow down the exchange of ideas.

    The good thingsThe working atmosphere here is very good. My colleagues are very enthusiastic and willing to help others. No matter if I need support at work, everyone will take the initiative to lend a hand. I like this relaxed and friendly environment. I don't feel stressed when I go to work every day.
    The challengesBasically, there is no pressure at all, and the work pace is relaxed. Everyone is easy-going and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Many times, it even feels like I am working with friends to complete things, rather than just working.

    The good thingsLove the working culture in this company. Colleagues are friendly, helpful, and supportive. You wouldn't find company politic here, everyone is willing to share and teach. During working hours, you will find colleagues are all working diligently; and during lunch break, non-working hours, and company's events, we all gather, chit-chat and have the greatest fun together.
    The challengesSince we are working remotely with the Hong Kong team, communication becomes the key while working in this company. Daily reports, communication, and discussion play a crucial roles to perform your work effectively and prevent misunderstanding.
