    Basically, from zero experience towards PC building, RMA handling, troubleshooting computers, Windows initial setup, and reformatting a Computer's Windows, then I mastered it.
    The good thingsLearn new skills, including selling laptops, troubleshooting skills, repair and maintenance for a computer, RMA, and more. Also, 6 days of leave a month, which is leveraged by the OT claim.
    The challengesSmall salary (as expected since I was a temporary full-timer) No OT claim

    The challengesYou will be looked down as a computer technician by the sales team as the boss of this company only looks out for the sales team.

Its depends if you really want to change the way your view about everything .Please feel free to join this company and work hard for company but especially for your self.
    The challengesI`m not ready to change department back to back. I have my own KPI to target on period time. Its motivated me to work hard but if mean while i was chasing to work hard to hit my KPI suddenly need to change department, all my motivation and KPI for the company feels like was nothing.

    The good thingsEven if yourself doesn't have a knowledge about computer, don't worry to apply a job here. All the staff here are more friendly than you know, they will help if you to get to the top. Here you will learn a lot of thing that you can not just about job. Here is the place you share your knowledge with other. You don't know how to repair a laptop before? don't worry, ask anyone here to help you even the boss or your supervisor. I am sure they will help you out.
    The challengesThe challenge thing is when you always need to catch up the new technology either it is about computer or laptop. Well, if you want to repair something especially a new one. You need to do a deep research on the new model/product if now how you need to repair this kind of model. other challenging is to deal with many kind and attitude of the customer especially international customer. You need always ready for this kind of communication and their attitude.
