The challengesThere was no HR, no accounts manager, and no proper finance team. Expectations changed constantly, communication was unclear. Despite working for two months, no offer letter or formal employment documentation was ever provided. I would not recommend this company unless there are major improvements in leadership, structure, and management culture.
