    The good thingsCEO giving lot's of gain working knowledge opportunity during my service to this firm, eg: product training, self improvement workshop, local and overseas business trip to meet suppliers and visit to exhibition. They do have Saturday team activities to build up all the staff with good relationship. Feeling WOW!!!
    The challengesOne of my weakness point are self confidence are low, CEO gave me chance to meet overseas supplier and deal with their boss as well as factory & booth visit, from there I learn so much! I did improved my sourcing skill from many times of failure and learning from my superior and colleagues. Rewarded me as Wow person of the month, appreciate that precious vote by all.
