The challengesDepending on which team you are based in. The team that I was based in has to just follow what the leader wants. No empowerment at work. The leader kept changing direction and mind, which make it a waste of our effort and time at work.

The challenges10 years working experience in tobacco industries in sales and marketing field on selling out and selling in tobacco products. Handle various project on any new tobacco launching successfully. Manage to handle salesman and monitor the sales and target given to every outlets. Also manage on merchandising unit to do display on tobacco products according company policy. Handle on tie-up contractual payment to outlet that have volume sales high and able to create PR to the retailers to protect on the merchandising unit due competition high on 2 major tobacco company. Able to adopt new territory area and manage to handle hard retailers. Handle on retail audits on every outlets and competitor intelligent or activities. Able to analyze sales figures and target given to salesman every week and how to much to achieve.
