    Good corporate culture but limited growth opportunity for local staff
    The good things- Great workplace environment - colleagues are wonderful - Good hours and work-life balance - Autonomy in job and decision making - a lot of trust given to deliver a quality service
    The challenges- Flow of information often not cascaded down to manager level making it challenging to make strategic decisions - Limited/no bonuses and medical benefits - Not always feasible to work with other departments as each has own parent department in London, leading to each team having different objectives
