    great place to work
The good thingsEverything is great - management, colleagues, culture, work environment, canteen, money, career advancement, team building, travel, flexi hours, medical benefits, training opportunities etc. so be careful not to be too complacent here, be grateful!
The challengesLate night and early morning teleconferences with project teams from different time zones (eg USA, Europe). And meetings during malaysia public holidays and weekends. With proper time management and planning, I believe things can still work out to achieve work life balance and have quality family time.

    Working Life at Avago (CY2000-2007)
The good things1. Flexible working hours. 2. Clear management direction in terms of business strategy. 3. Good team work between cross-functional departments. 3. Stock Purchase Plan for employees. 4. Bonus on quarterly basis when the business is good. 5. Good café at that time. But now I heard the service has dropped.
The challenges1. Being in the minority group, there tends to have a double standard in certain decision made by the management especially related to career path.
