Thank you Brunsfield for giving me the opportunity to learn and grow.
The good thingsMy three-month internship with the team has been a blast. I've had the opportunity to brainstorm with the team and work independently to complete tasks. The facilities and environment provided have been convenient.
The challengesI completed my internship during the Covid-19 outbreak, during which I had the opportunity to work from home once a week. However, working remotely limited my options since most of my tasks required access to documents that could only be handled in the office. It would be great if I can access to the shared folder remotely.

The good thingsTotal end-to-end project management. Enjoyed work as ONE team with all stakeholders. Project delivery in digital way and BIM based.
The challengesTo bring everyone to see in ONE bigger picture.

More pros and also more cons
The good thingsGot to go to annual dinner for free.

    Empathy
The good thingsOne can learn plenty of real time on site knowledge and improve their management skills exponentially. Working environment was great with friendly engineers and hard working cute admin. Most preferably for anyone who plans to join in the construction industry. Allowance given for an intern is quite relevant high compared with other companies.
The challengesA little dusty environment because it is a construction site, however they provide mask and safety equipments. A little sunny sometimes as you have to walk on site and carry out inspections. Overall still interesting and fun environtment as you can watch how works are done by sub contractors and you can gain plenty of knew. Willingness to learn should be the best attitude at work place as everyday you face new challenges.

Great place to learn about management & technical knowledge
The good thingsCan learn a lot about technical especially for engineer & construction background. beside that we can also learn on how to handle event & organise events (which involved a lot of soft skills & capital networks)
The challengesGiven a lot of challenging task can be stressful sometimes. and most of the time there is a deadline for each task. and working in group can help us achieve a lot easier.

Good for individuals yearning for structured learning process.
The good things1. The offices are very structured and neatly arranged. 2. IT equipment with latest software is available for individuals 3. Teamwork at middle management levels is evident and co workers are educated and polite. 4. This is a good place for individuals with a penchant for high procedural environment.
The challenges1. Internal company meetings held after 6 pm and would drag on till the wee hours of the morning at least 3 times a week. More meetings after office hours for those who would be involved in many departments as cross functional teams. 2. Decision making is centralised. 3. Too much workload for individual staff and many extra curricular activities. Work/life balance is at an extremely low
