good company overall . passed the interview after 3x layer interview . overall a very professional company . believe me or not if i say bsn is way more futuristic than most of conventional bank in malaysia in terms of securities and facilities ? yes it is . not to compare cimb or maybank lol . hhahaha bye ! what a journey ayy . <3The good thingstheres alot of good things to start with . basically bsn is the real start of my career journey which leads me to knowing more about banking industry . i can simply said about the working environment is very positive , the branch manager most of them really2 nice and friendly . there's also a challenge right ? well a lot , but the beauty of bsn is this company are very2 supportive in terms of new fresh grade . i personally suggested u people that very fresh grade to take challenge here . u can start ur new adventure here for real . nice company to start. 3/5
The challengesthe challenge is always the customer and the management. well u know , every company demanded the profitability leads to some kind of low working quality. when management want u people to do lots of sales even though u guys should be focus more on services but they also want u guys to make more sales . huge challenge if u work at city like kuching . also , the management push u guys making insurance go big where at the same time u guys have to deal with this sales always . not really enjoying to be forced like this but i earned a lot from it .
