    Good expose for senior management roles
    The good thingsThey provide training and monthly meeting for reasercher to improve the quality call and screening for more quality candidates. You will get the chance to work on more senior roles and talk to senior people which i have never done before. Good guidance from the manager and friendly colleagues.
    The challengesThey will expect you to work extra hours and a lot of demanding from all consultants.

    The good thingsLocation is the only good thing I can recommend with this company.
    The challengesAny request placed with management is either ignored or given excuses. Salary is never increased even when considered asset to company and salary is often delayed. The company doesn't comply to their own contract and Malaysian law. They are quick to deduct any salary due to annual leave or holiday leave. Other employees that left the company are not granted salary that they are entailed to after giving proper notice.
