Needs to be strong-willed to join and stay for long time
The good thingsExperiencing raw talents of hardworking individuals, Each and every one of them displays professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride of their works
The challengesMessy paper-trails, inconsistent and undocumented decisions. The D & MD also made unfair dismissals, did not adhere towards company's own policy.

    Good Experience
The good thingsWorked on production line for 8 years but unfortunately due to family commitments had to leave. Great staff & environment to work in, everyone so helpful in teaching me how to build cars. When I started I knew very little about cars but now I know a lot. Hope to come back one day soon.
The challengesBiggest challenge was learning to work to high standards of the company, but it was worth the effort.I have learnt so much over the years & it was so hard & sad to leave.

    Perfect for young engineers
The good things- Bufori is a relatively small company developing its own luxury car models, therefore there are many interesting engineering project opportunities that would never occur in large scale companies. - Multifaceted job, with tasks spanning from regular engineering drawings to practical application on the cars (ie. suspension tuning, chassis, NVH, etc.) - Getting hands dirty on the factory floor (something I personally loved) - Management will consider suggestions & ideas. - Good team spirit. - After some time you would be allowed to drive the cars (for testing and R&D at least).
The challenges- Not as structured as a mass-producer, so it's better to be pro-active and ask for jobs & tasks. - Not a huge budget, but that can be a positive challenge. - Not the fanciest office or work environment. - No canteen (but plenty of food in the area).

The good thingsFriendly production staff. Stress free environment as not much pressure from superiors.
The challengesDictatorship by boss. No proper job related works. No proper motivation as almost zero production. No benefits at all. If you're hardworking and knowledgeable enough, you can learn the entire process in no time.

Dont judge the book by its cover
    The good thingsFriendly production staffs.
The challengesNo challenges. All decisions are made by the MD, so whatever your idea is, is gonna go into trash can. Plenty of proper technical works available, but no proper attempt or attention given. Probably the only company with no SOPs. The supervisor may correct your work in his way and again correct the same thing. Micromanagement are abundant.
