Good Company for Start Up, Job Security
The good thingsVery good experience for those that are seeking challenge in working long hours, manage stress, and want to elevate knowledge in something new. Your jobscope is very wide, not specific. Everyday is a new learning journey, in the end you will be a very knowledgeable person and high skill.
The challengesNo increment for 6 years. Increment and bonus are not standard across the Board. Bonus depends on your performance. Challenging work. May require working/standby long hours. These challenges make you a tough person. Good career development but not salary.Benefit getting better over the years.

Good for Starters, and for Long Term
The good thingsGood support from management. Good opportunities to lean new thing every day. Interesting task given by HOD. The company is so rich that we are able to propose/explore new tech to be applied for process improvements. Time is quite flexible. New benefits provided every year. Great medical and insurance coverage. ESOS. Opportunity to involve in new project every week/month.
The challenges6 days per week, Expect to receive calls, arrange manpower & to solve problem after working hours but not too often.

    Very good start up
The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things beyond your job scope. The boss is always open to answer all your questions. Open Door policy- you can always discuss your problem with top management (HOD and even Director). Managers are always open to accept your ideas and will guide if the idea is irrelevant or not good enough. Stressful and time consuming projects but it really worth it!
The challenges6 Working days (full day) might not be relevant with everybody. You have to be independent to survive in this company but in the end, you gain a lot of precious knowledge that you might able to learn elsewhere.

You will know it when you step your foot into it!
The good thingsProvide uniforms, and all the PPE. Free Wifi package and modem to all employees. Performance Bonus of minimum 1 month. There is a 13th month bonus also. Am able to attend international level training and conference if competent enough, but be prepared to write a report about it. Provide sufficient training for new employees.
The challengesToo many bosses! There can be 3 bosses asking you to do 3 different ways for only one job, or 3 different jobs in one go. Workload is not balanced even though its the same position. Lack of communication between management and employees (not all departments, though) You would have to work on Saturdays, and most of the public holidays also.

    Valuable experience
The good thingsAppoint fresh graduate engineer to handle one plant with help of senior staff. This gave big advantage to learn the overall plant process and management. Gave chance for young engineer to deal with customers on their own with the supervision and guidance on senior staff and managers. Increment of salary are by far the fast I ever heard and bonus are twice a year. Petrol allowance, internet
The challengesTo deal with reputable customer with high demand. To have to work more then just office hour.

    Experiences
The good thingsWide range of experience as a sales executive which would go from extraordinary like chasing cement trucks to to bad such as delayed in delivery to great such as compliment of great work and the appreciation of help provided.
The challengesAt the time of employment, system is not up to date and everything are manual, would be great if all orders and sales including delivery tracking are real time.
