    Warm and lovely working experience
    The good thingsThe employer is a great man and the staffs are all friendly. Then, location of the company is good as well. For instance, there is a food court behind the office. Besides that, convenience store, wet market and bank also situated at the walking distance.
    The challengesI need a gaming laptop so that I can coordinate with the site agents and consultant team in a better way.

    A great company that nurture the fresh graduate employees
    The good thingsA great platform for fresh graduate to start and experience the real life construction industry. The company is also taking care of their employees i.e. company trips, medical benefits and also company car for employee that work more than a year.
    The challengesOne of the main challenges is that, an employee must adhere the company policies strictly of which will limits them to push the work. Salary base also quite low, which many previous employees were looking for other company that offer more. The company also weak in retaining some key employees due to this.

    The good thingsAnnual company trip with budget of RM9000 for employee working more than 5 years Annual bonuses provided. Boss is a hardworking , discipline & a smart guy. Employer can learn alot from him. Boss appreciate employee who can show loyalty to him, thus mostly his core team members were working with him more than 7years.
    The challengesNeed to be more proactive on working environment. Work required fast respond and act quick on all occasion. Scope of work involving too many aspect, technical, monetary, time ....hardly able to take week long holiday.... Require employee to work hard thus employee will need to spend alot of time on work resulted work/life unbalance.
