    Make a reservation for customer
    The good thingsWorking as grouping which is make me easier to settle down all my work and the environment is so nice . Which is we served customer and make them comfortable to have a holiday trip with their family parents.
    The challengesThe challenge is so much like if customer did not satisfied with our room accommodation . We must think the solution to settle out the problem or we will suggest another room and try to make them understand about the situation . When it's solved and customer agree with it and cooperate with us it's a big satisfaction for us.
