An excellent destination for fresh graduates
The good thingsThis is a good place for us to gain experience and skills. We can also make friends with many hospital nurse and locum nurses.
The challengesHaving only two sets of uniforms as a nurse has become a challenge for us to change every day.

The challengesemploy appropriate registered nurse and stop using locum nurse. Patient life is more important than money. double shift can cause error.
