    My experience at Bumimetro
    The good thingsThe coworkers are friendly. Most of the seniors staffs don't have any problem sharing their knowledge.
    The challengesThe sub contractors are somewhat stubborn and sometimes do not follow the procedure and instructions. There are also some staffs who doesn't cooperate and helping others. The site management can be improved by appointing a more competent person.
