Love the environment, love my peers, love the learning process, love my job, but dislike the company. The good things1) Good colleagues. When I say good, they are really good. Most of the executives climb starting from an operator. They have very good understanding of their own expertise; kernel fract, palm oil fract, hydrogenation, refinery, etc. If you want to taste troubleshooting, be prepared as they normally would settle it when you just finished revising your books.
2) All product quality, process parameter, all available and easily access.
The challengesOld style management:
1) Would prefer things to stay as it is and against upgrade/ optimization and only towards direct saving which physically and in near time can be observed.
2) Racial difference in terms of salary and career development opportunities.
3) No transparency in offering benefits, and words of promises easily been talked, but not walked.
4) Mostly semi-auto & manual.
5) Lots of reference gone; drawing, manual
