    Many have joined with high hopes and left with major regrets.
    The good thingsWorking at this company is an eye opening experience. Office politics has become extremely toxic, with favoritism, manipulation, and dishonesty being common tactics used to gain favor with top management.
    The challengesReal horror begin with certain management team, particularly lady bosses. Lady managers act very nice and obedient when the big boss is around, but behind the scenes, they treat their team badly and hide the real problems and even tell lied to cover the mistake.

    The good thingsA small part of colleagues are very kind
    The challengesThe traffic there is heavy and working hours 8.30am-6.00pm.The office environment seems to be very noisy in a market.Every day you can hear negative emotions and excited scoldings from people in high positions. Most communication is via whats App.

    The good thingsThe company is having a canteen.
    The challengesBad traffic to come to the factory. Works start at 830 but you must at the factory 8.15am or you will get warning letter. The management very like to jaga your time reached office. Increment very less and bonus also very kedekut. They drink beer during work hours.
