    in my previous company i would learn many thing. first, how to review the content and filter the content with tagging the suitable policy. How to manage the numbers of video without exceed the AHT for personal target. and achieve personal target accuracy for every month. that's the important thing we need to highlight as content moderator.

    The challengeswe need to be fast to adapt new thing must be alert with a new trending from the user because when it comes a trending content, the volume of the incoming is to high and fast.
