    a company with china mindset unfortunately
    The good thingslocation, facilities and office space are good.
    The challengesLow pay, still new, hence the benefits are small. Poor internal SOPs from management lvl.

    The good things- Nice office environment, great colleagues and full of snacks pantry :) - Alternative work from home. - profit sharing methods, company sharing earning in percentage wise to all staffs, is new thing to me and my salary seems growing every month.. LOL - good location, near malls & public transport - good HOD, not so pushy
    The challenges- need to be self-discipline when work from home. - sometimes high workload, but can understand because of incoming projects increased, indirectly my profit sharing also increase :P

    The good thingsWell renovated technology office, flexible self initiative organizations that promote ideas and opportunities to venture open possibilities of any research and developments. No difference treatment of levels of positions with fair chance and acceptance of views and thoughts. A place to experience a real entrepreneur start-ups Company and Business challenges especially during world Pandemic situation. Great training ground and a place of growth and opportunities to perform and prove ourselves in worthiness and our potential strength and talent. While management direction are always open for ideas from ground level to progressive explore and fine-tune the best direction on one common Team Goals & Vision.
    The challengesStart with fair basic salary and performance driven profit sharing model. Is a fair challenge for our career and also same level of challenges facing by the Company during this World Pandemic. The challenge here is to challenge ourselves in this challenging Company in a current challenging situation.

    New startup company with lack of business plan and grow, so called chinaman company?
    The good thingsIt's good to have this opportunity to did the task with many different fields with a short time period with the threatening method like secure the job. It can drive more stress to do the job fast and rapid with many mistakes(we always learn from the mistake) :), sleepless to design something like UI UX and build the backend with only a man. I am happy the employer like to force the employee to do self-planning, a task not relevant to the career field, without given the right direction, so we could provide a feasible solution to a broadly relevant problem that is out of our professional, yet we learn so much with many perspectives with different fields. But what I am really happy about is the task could be an unrealistic requirement with an unrealistic timeline to drive out our creativity.
    The challengesthis company lack of healthy working culture and the basic salary is lower than a market price, they got the profit-sharing condition to lower you basic salary as an excuse while in the interview session. Profit-sharing is not what is expected.

    The challengesEven though it is small start-up company, but the management emphasizes on the business hierarchy and make some simple things to be complicated. Also, the management does not have proper plan about the business and the company grow.

    Basic is average to low because has profit sharing condition
    The good thingsIt's a new office and renovate very nicely.
    The challengesIf you are aiming for high salary and the profit sharing, here is a good place for you; If you tend to learn new thing at here, please don't come because here only few employees working and you are expected to pick up things yourself
