Boss like to do false advertisement
The good thingsMost colleagues are nice to work with
The challengesManagement tend to have pattern to over promise/over sell and then under deliver to clients and also their employee. For example, there's no dental benefit or gym available like mention in the jobstreet profile benefits. And then their parking "benefit" is they deduct your salary to pay for parking season pass. It's not even included.
Applied for Analyst role but when join the company, end up mostly doing customer service.

Human Resources ManagerWe appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify that our job listings do not state that dental or gym benefits are provided, but we do offer team sports every fortnight. Parking is optional as there is LRT nearby, so the season pass is paid as extra salary to candidates who do not require it
Regarding the role, it is stated clearly that customer consultation is required as it is a consulting role. While data analysis is important, many businesses in Malaysia are new to digitalization hence guiding clients is essential. No analyst role exists in isolation from customers and ultimately we are here to serve people. We hope this clarifies your concerns and wish you the best in your career
