    The good thingsI enjoy the friendship here. Every departments helping each other. Implementation of quality and safety very strict but to those who really implied it will get rewarded. All voices are heard. They'll never belittle your ideas

    The good thingsFun enviroment, work as a family, supportive team, equality in every way. Next best place to be after home. Superb career progression. Leasure working culture. Free to share idea and an opportunity to make it happen.
    The challengesUnstructured organisation type. Lots of restructuring activity and project due to Recently bought by Mondelez from Kraft. Cost cuting due to economy. Few department have to move to shared service hence complicate the work process.
