    Good opportunity only gives for good attitude and proactive people.It is a group of young people here in company. Energetic and high performing. Friendly Culture, easy to approach with upper management. True work life balance may go home at sharp. High opportunity to climb. Company is willing to teach and train you only if you are willing too also. Career pathway is clear, transparent and details.

    Good for fresh graduates, not for a long
    The good thingsGreat chance to expose to the diverse industry in engineering such as medical, heavy equipment, oil and gas and many more. The undefined job scope giving you a chance to learn more that what you are expecting as you will need to push yourself out of the zone (marketing, sales, admin, personal assistant) Good for fresh graduates if you do not have a clear vision yet.
    The challengesYou have to equip with multi-tasking ability. Do not have specific job scope. You must equipped with follower's characteristic, and yet feel free to express your thoughts. The longer you work, the more works you've to take. Time management is really matter. Lack of staff appreciation. Fixed hours.
