    The good thingsYou are exposed with various customers from different industry as well as coaching based on products such as SOLIDWORKS and SolidCAM.
    The challengesNot going deep as it's mainly focusing on applicAtion then actual industry knowledge. Management always changes and applies new policy and rules, which makes ppl hectic to follow and left the work aside.

Together we work as a team to make a great company with strong core values. Since I joined the CVSP as fresh graduate, I have had various chances to build up my career here and I am grateful that been surrounded by great individuals; some of whom really generous in sharing knowledge and experience.

    A place to learn different skill
    The good thingsI’m so fortunate to have worked as internship with CADVision Systems Penang, as they had provide opportunity for me to learn SolidCAM, and become a Trainer to exceeding the client's performance goals towards their company. Really appreciate how they develop me as an intern which beyond my expectation towards an internship traditional daily routine. I would definately continue my future path with CADVision Systems Penang after my graduation so that i can advance my skills sets to provide innovative and inspiration to my Juniors.

    The good thingsProvide comfortable workplace. Have many resources to improve your knowledge. Have chance to learn about 2.5D Milling which is a valuable knowledge and experience for a technical intern. Have opportunity to become a Trainer for SolidCAM to help their customers to improve their skills, as well as improving your own communication skill and presentation skills. Supervisor and manager are caring about the interns' future career and self-development. They will give advise on your performance to help you to improve yourself.
