Great working Place and lots of activity to be done and real teamwork place.
The good thingsEmployer still give a pay raise or some monetary appreciation on your contribution for the past year even during this pandemic situation.
The challengesWorking in CAE is great however even if you are working from home you are expected to be involve in some kind of activity which sometimes I find it difficult to do it remotely or Virtually but we still do our very best, maybe the company should find some other alternative to this.

Gain so much knowledge in full flight simulator even as an intern. Good teaching skill from all engineers.
The good thingsExperienced how to fly B737-800 and A330-200. Improved my skill in avionics and electronic. Learn new things which was the full flight simulator have big similarities with life aircraft, just it didn't carry any passengers and couldn't fly. But the feel and motion is 80% real like life aircraft.
The challengesLearn how to entertain the pilot and crews during their training if they had problems with the simulator. Also learn how to overcome the lack of communication.
