    The good thingsYou have authorities to make it to your own way, all work kinda simple and easy to done
    The challengesToxic environment, all staff will look down on you and you need to prove yourself worthy, all knowledge need to learn from yourself, there is no SOP for work

    The challengesYou have to work on weekend cannot play or look your phone even you have an emergency call. No medical benefit. Many toxic peoples can make people moral down. Management is totally bad
