    The good thingsWork life balance with manageable stress and you will receive the typical benefits normally given by the banks. You will also enjoy the perks during festive seasons, in which you can enjoy the little things the company arrange for you, like the get-along feast in the office and boxes of scrumptious treats for your sweet tooth.
    The challengesThings may be slow sometimes, and you may need to literally push things to make the process faster. In terms of working culture, it could be rather traditional.
